30-day returns
Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Free exchanges
Exchange for a different size, colour, or model at no extra cost.
Original condition
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return

Email hello@houseofmoore.ca or call 1-800-555-0199 with your order number and reason for return.

Get your return label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.

Pack & ship
Repack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

Refund issued
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- ✕ Custom or special-order items (fabric, finish, or dimension customizations)
- ✕ Mattresses that have been opened or slept on
- ✕ Items damaged due to improper assembly or use
- ✕ Clearance and final-sale items (marked at time of purchase)
Received Something Damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
